Seinfeld

Hello, this is Zeta.

I stayed in Canada to study English for a while long time ago.

At that time, I couldn’t understand what people said to me.
So I didn’t go out and I had nothing to do.
In the end , I was glued to TV and found Seinfeld.

At first of course,
I had no idea what Seinfeld and George said.
But thanks to subtitle,
I understood what was going in that.

Little by little, I could understand what they said and laughed.

My favorite character is George.
He is bald, fat and twisted guy with glasses.
There is nothing good in him.
But I like him very much, because probably I have similar disposition with him.

My favorite episode is Hamptons.
It is about shrinkage.
In that episode, there are some sentences I really like,
I was in the pool ! I was in the pool ! (George says it when Seifeld’s girl friend sees him pull down his underwear.)
Like a frightened turtle. (Seinfeld says it when he explains shrinkage to Elaine.)

In Japan Seinfeld is not popular at all.
I would like Japanese people to watch Seinfeld and enjoy it.
Now we can watch it on Youtube.
So I sometimes interpret it to Japanese in my webpage ,
so that Japanese people can enjoy it.

I hope that the fun of Seinfeld will spread all over Japan !
